FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a maximum amount of people I can have?

For paint-your-pet, the maximum is 20ppl. For teacher led classes, the maximum is 40ppl.

Groups larger than 20 will receive a discount. If you have a group larger than 30, a microphone system may be recommended.

What size are the canvases?

The price listed comes with an 11x14 canvas. If you would like a different size, just ask!

What do you provide?

I will have ALL the painting supplies. That includes: canvases, water cups, brushes, paper towels, paint, easels and a printed version of the chosen painting.

I do NOT provide the tables and chairs, or snacks and drinks. Please plan accordingly.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit of $100.

Im wanting to throw a party for my kids, how old do they have to be?

4-5 is the preferred youngest age. If you will have younger children there, we can work out an alternate party package.

how soon do you need the photos for paint your pet?

Please have all photos emailed to sierrahcreations@gmail.com up to 48hrs before your event. Any time after that, I can not guarantee they will be drawn in time.

More people want to come to my party, is it too late to change my guest count?

I will confirm details with you 5 days prior to the event. If there are any changes after that, please let me know ASAP so I can make sure I will have enough canvases and supplies. Changes within 48hrs of the event will not be guaranteed.

Do you need access to a sink?

A sink in the room is not required, but highly recommended. This makes it easy for guests to clean their hands and dump out dirty water. Even a bathroom sink down the hall works!

Some of my guests have special needs and DISABILITIES, can you ACCOMMODATE this?

Yes! Everyone deserves a chance to be creative and express themselves. Let’s talk more about the accommodations they will need before booking your party.

What forms of payment do you take?

After confirming your details, you will be emailed an invoice to pay with your card of choice. If you prefer to pay with an alternative option, just let me know:) I do NOT accept personal checks.
